 | TRACY'S REVIEW: Ok, due to the release date of this movie the BBC's coverage of the show, the first time I saw this (at the cinema) I really didn't get it but after repeated viewings not only do I now get it I also think it's a great movie. It is a great story and it's brillianly directed. The acting is excellent by all concerned with David and Gillian obvious stand out's but also the casting of Martin Landau was very cool. I do, however, think that you have to be a fan of the show to be a fan of the movie. - you couldn't just go in blind otherwise it wouldn't make any sense Just like the show...only bigger! |

Memorable quotes: Mulder: After all you've seen, you can walk away? Scully: I have. I did. It's done. Mulder: Five years together, Scully, when have I ever been wrong? Never. Not driving anyway. Mulder: When I panic I make this face. Scully: Mulder, I can't tell you what killed this man, I'm not sure anyone else can claim to either. Scully: Mulder, I am way past the point of common sense here. Mulder: Scully? Scully: Yeah? Mulder: Run!!! Scully: Don't think! Just pick up the phone and make it happen!!!! Well-Manicured Man : Trust No-One, Mr Mulder. Mulder: Maybe we should call in a bomb threat to Houston, I hear it's free beer night at the Astrodome. Well-Manicured Man: Get out of the car Mulder: Why? The upholstery is already ruined.
